Longrow 1973 Natural Strength - Samaroli

A 1973 vintage bottling of Longrow was produced by Springbank distillery in Campbeltown and independently bottled by Samaroli at a natural strength of 53%. Samaroli is perhaps Italy's most revered independent bottler of Scotch whisky.  The 1973 vintage is the first year Longrow was ever produced, and this 1985 bottling by R.W. Duthie for Samaroli is his first release of this peated malt.  These extraordinary whiskies from Longrow's first vintage sealed the reputation of Springbank's peated malt.  960 bottles.
